The Welcome Building, Bristol named best Commercial Building at the 2025 RICS Awards

We’re delighted to share that The Welcome Building in Bristol has been named Best Commercial Building at this year’s RICS Awards 2025, recognising excellence across the UK’s property and construction sectors.

Nick Jones MRICS, Group Director at Richborough Commercial, served as a national judge for the RICS Awards this year, helping to evaluate entries in the Commercial Development category.

With over three decades of experience in commercial property, Nick brought his deep industry insight to the judging process, assessing some of the UK’s most forward-thinking developments in design, sustainability, and delivery.
